    We ship all our orders by UPS ground delivery. UPS does not ship to post office boxes.


    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. For fastest service rush delivery is available but is expensive. UPS ground normally takes from 7 to 10 business days. See shipping for details. All orders are shipped out of our California warehouse.


    What payment method do you accept?

    We accept: PAYPAL, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, VISA, and MASTERCARD all through our Secure Payment Gateway. You will be able to select the payment method you prefer at checkout. Our site uses 100% secure technology for payments.


    What is your cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 2 hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after shipping occurs will be credited back minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 20%. This policy requires that all packages be returned to us, unopened, and in good condition.


    What makes your products so unique?

    Some of our products are exclusives and not sold in stores.  We feature the Classic Wildlife Collection and the Maiku Collection plus many special lines developed and produced exclusively for our customers.


    What is your privacy policy?

    We take your privacy very seriously...any personally identifiable information you share with forthebirdsonline.com or MRN Enterprises LLC will be used only for the purposes of your transaction. We will never sell, give, or rent our customers name, e-mail address, credit card numbers, mailing address, purchasing history or any other personally identifiable fact we learn about you to a third party.

      Information Collection and Use
    •  ForTheBirdsOnline.com collects personal information from you only when you order merchandise. We ask for your name and address for shipping purposes and your phone number and email address as contact information in case of any problems that we may encounter fulfilling your order. In addition, we may use this information to contact you about specials and new products.
    • ForTheBirdsOnline.com does not collect credit card information. Your credit card information is collected by Authorize.net and PayPal along with other personally identifiable information for verification of your account and for retrieving funds for your purchase. You can view PayPal's policies at www.paypal.com. Your online transactions are safe!
    Security
    • All transactions are completed on our secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server begin communicating, sending data back and forth in an encrypted format. The encryption features of browser software are exceptionally powerful and ensure the security of this data as it is transmitted to our server.

      A browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://". The "s" stands for "secure." In Netscape NavigatorTM (versions 3.0 and earlier), the broken key symbol in the lower left corner of your browser window will become a solid key in secure mode. If you're using Netscape Communicator 4.0TM or higher, look for the padlock in the same space: it's open in standard mode and closed in secure mode. In Microsoft Internet ExplorerTM, you'll see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window when the browser is in secure mode.

    • Under no circumstances will ForTheBirdsOnline.com divulge, share, or sell customer information.

    • ForTheBirdsOnline.com may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.

    How often are new items added to the line?

    Every month new arrivals are added to our line.


    Which credit cards do you accept?

    We accept  MasterCard, Visa, American Express,  Discover and payment via Paypal.


    What happens if my order arrives damaged?

    While all the orders are packed with as much care as possible sometimes things do break in shipment. If you have an item that comes in damaged, notify us within 3 days so we can have  another gift sent out, or credit can be given to you for the defective gift. We require that you send the defective item back for an exchange before we ship the replacement. ALWAYS E-mail us to let us know the problem BEFORE you ship anything back. All orders must be accompanied by the Original Invoice and Original Packaging material.


    What is your return policy?

    If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns and we will try to make it right.  We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and the product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please contact us with your concern. Returns must be in the original box and condition and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note stating the problem.


    Shipping fees are not refundable You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for items over $50. In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail us with the item number and the ORDER #.
